KordisLabs designs and builds the core systems behind hospitals, banks, courts and supply chains. Secure, auditable, and built to international standards.
Pharmaceutical traceability for Ghana. Every pack is serialised to GS1 standards and every hand-off is recorded, so a pharmacist or patient can check that a medicine is genuine.
GTIN, SGTIN and SSCC serialisation
Custody events anchored on-chain in Merkle batches
NHIS claims integrity and receivable financing. Claims are committed to a tamper-evident registry, so funders can advance cash to providers against claims they can trust.
Claim-commitment registry and receivable ledger
Separate consoles for payers, facilities and funders
A hospital operating system for the laboratory and pharmacy. Lab results need two approvers before release, and every dispense follows a three-level decision path.
Four-role lab workflow with two-approver sign-off
Pharmacy dispensing and pharmacy store modules
Production-hardened, with a written deployment runbook
Public financial management that stops spending before it breaks the budget. Every commitment is checked against its appropriation, from requisition to payment.
Commitment control against appropriations
Requisition, purchase order, receipt and payment in one chain
Revenue and expenditure tracked across multiple funds
Every record carries who changed it and when. Institutions answer to auditors, and so does our software.
Hardened before launch
Secret checks at boot, rate limiting, security headers and a deployment runbook ship with each system, not after it.
One disciplined stack
FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis and React with TypeScript, containerised with Docker. Fewer moving parts, cleaner handover.
On-chain only where it counts
We anchor records to a blockchain where tamper evidence matters, and keep everything else in a conventional database.
How we work
From your workflow to a running system.
01
Discover
We sit with the people who will use the system and map the workflow as it actually runs.
02
Design
Roles, approvals and data are specified before any code, and reviewed with your team.
03
Build
Delivered in working increments you can test against real cases, not slides.
04
Deploy & support
Containerised deployment, a written runbook and training for the people who will run it.
